Admissions 2024/2025
Application forms will open here on Monday 4th December 2023. Students must apply via their school email address, and you will only be able to access and submit the form once. If you have any queries after submission, please email sfgeneral@uhs.org.uk and a member of the sixth form team will be able to help you. Once the deadline has passed, the sixth form team will be in touch with individuals to offer an interview to discuss their application further.
