Hot Weather Arrangements

Following a review of the latest weather forecasts and guidance, Uxbridge High School will operate an early closure on Wednesday 24th June and Thursday 25th June due to the exceptionally high temperatures expected during the afternoon.

Students will attend lessons as normal during the morning and will have access to their usual lunch provision. A phased dismissal will then take place between 12:30pm and 12:45pm, with all students expected to have left the school site by 12:45pm.

Students may continue to wear UHS PE kit, do not need to wear blazers or ties, and should bring a full water bottle to school and refill it regularly throughout the day.
