The student is able to consistently demonstrate relevant and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of a wide range of business concepts and issues.  Effectively apply knowledge and critical understanding to select relevant information from a wide range of financial and non-financial sources to investigate business organisations and concepts in familiar and unfamiliar contexts.  Use a wide range of subject specific terminology, effectively use and apply a range of relevant quantitative skills, and critically and consistently analyse and evaluate available information and evidence.  Make reasoned, substantiated judgements and conclusions, and, where appropriate, suggest viable recommendations for future activity.

Can use some obvious, simple mathematical skills, and is able to put forward a basic argument for or against a scenario.  Make a judgement and/or offer simple suggestions for future activity.
