Examination Success for this year's Sixth Formers
Students and staff at Uxbridge High School have been delighted with this year’s Sixth Form results with 100% of students achieving examination success. 94% of exams entered received a grade A*- E or equivalent and 36% of the examinations were passed at the highest A*- B grades. Business Studies, one of the top performing subjects, celebrated 72% at A*- B. Maths, Chemistry and Art also achieved very high proportions of A*- B.

Anabela Kaziu achieved an A* in Art and was highly commended for her artistic ability.
Again 100% of vocational students passed their courses with record numbers achieving Distinction and above. In Business Studies 73% achieved Merit or better with Karina Ghattarody and Adilah Shamsudeen achieving double Distinction * and Elaha Bakhtary getting D*D. Adilah will be joining Southampton University to study Business Management. In Performing Arts, 100% of students achieved DM or above, with Shelby Best attaining D*D. 90% of Computer Studies students received Merit or above with Imran Ali, Tanya Chander, Bradley Goodliffe, Thirushigajini Thirunamalingam and Lubna Zaman getting D*. Tanya will be going to Portsmouth University to study Property Development and Thirushigajini will be going to Queen Mary University to study Mathematics. In the Finance Diploma 56% of students achieved A*- B.
The Uxbridge High School partnership with Brentford Football Club has seen the first cohort of apprentices gaining qualifications in Sports Studies Level 3 BTEC. 92% achieved a Pass or better, with Makhosini Khanye achieving double Distinction.
