Assistant Curriculum Leader – English
We require for September 2012 an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join an experienced and forward looking English Curriculum Area at our 11-18 outstanding academy. The successful candidate will be expected to teach English and English Literature across the full ability and age ranges to GCSE and A Level. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring colleague with ambition. Full support for professional development will be provided. The successful candidate will have specific responsibility for leading and developing the Key Stage curriculum and continuing to raise standards. more info
Mathematics Teacher
We require for September 2012 an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join a lively and outstanding forward-looking Mathematics Curriculum Area at our 11-18 outstanding academy. The post would equally suit a talented NQT or a more experienced practitioner. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Mathematics across the age and ability range up to and including A Level. more info
Textiles Teacher (part-time)
We require for September 2012 an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join a lively and forward looking DT curriculum area at our 11-18 outstanding academy. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Textiles across the age and ability range. This post will be a job share with the existing teacher and is available at 0.4 or 0.6 timetable. more info
Technology Teacher
We require for September 2012 an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join a lively and forward looking DT curriculum area at our 11-18 outstanding academy. The successful candidate will be expected to teach DT across the age and ability range up to and including A Level. The post would equally suit an NQT or a more experienced practitioner, with the possibility of a post of responsibility for the candidate with appropriate experience. more info
Receptionist / Event Liaison Officer
Required for September 2012, a well-organised individual to provide reception and other duties in our Lancaster Building for 36 hours per week (8.30 am to 4.30 pm). more info
