Textiles Teacher

We require for September 2013 an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join a lively and forward looking Technology Department at our 11-18 outstanding academy. The post would equally suit an NQT or a more experienced practitioner. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Textiles across the age and ability range. more info

Computer Science Teacher

We require for September 2013 an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join a lively and forward-looking Computer Science Department at our 11-18 outstanding academy. This post is a one year fixed term appointment in the first instance and would equally suit a talented NQT or a more experienced practitioner. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Computer Science and ICT across the age and ability range. Computer Science/ICT is a popular choice and is offered through GCSE, A Level and vocational routes. more info

Student Support Assistants

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who want to work as part of our Student Support Team from September 2013. The job involves working with students who have special needs, both individually and in class. Hours of work are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, for 39 weeks of the year (term time plus five staff training days). Salary c.£11,550 pa inclusive of Outer London Weighting. more info

ICT Technician

Uxbridge High School is looking to appoint an ICT Technician to work in our ICT Support Team from September 2013. You will be expected to maintain and develop a range of ICT systems and equipment throughout the school. This is a full-time post, 36 hours per week for 52 weeks (with 23 days’ annual leave pa). more info

Laboratory Technician

Uxbridge High School is looking to appoint a Laboratory Technician to work in our Science Department to maintain a range of equipment and teaching rooms, as well as assisting teaching staff with the preparation of materials and undertaking general laboratory duties. This post is for 30 hours per week for 39 weeks pa (term time plus 5 annual training days). more info
