Actions to take if someone from your household tests positive

If someone in your household has a positive lateral flow device (LFD) test at home:

• They should self-isolate straightaway and report their test result
• They should book a confirmatory PCR test as soon as possible, either online, through the NHS COVID-19 app, or by calling 119.  They should continue to self-isolate whilst awaiting the results of the PCR test
• If your son/daughter tests positive, they should remain at home and you should notify the school's attendance team by calling 01895 234060, option 1
